- Worked with the Spider team in the early stages of planning to explore options for buying an existing property vs. building new
- Helped review various building as well as municipal financial incentive opportunities before their existing lease was up
- Made sure Spider received the extra 100,000 sq. feet, including higher ceilings, they needed in their new building, formerly housing a Menards
- Project highlights include a completely remodeled entry façade, high-end lobby finishes, and all-new 5,000 sq. feet office space
