  • Combined two different property lots for addition with connecting link to existing building
  • Coordinated design requirements with Industrial Park covenants and restrictions
  • Coordinated relocation of utilities for four separate communications and power companies
  • Used conventional steel with insulated metal panel construction
  • Separated utilities to addition in case building ever needs to be sold or disconnected from the original building’s loading docks
  • Added 5,000 SF office area
