  • Provided Design-Build services to fast track construction of this new facility on 6 acres of greenfield land
  • Preliminary design to occupancy was just 18 months
  • Helped secure the property and land next door several years prior when Hennig started planning for this project
  • Facilitated economic development incentives 
  • Project highlights include two-story offices; high-end lobby finishes; eight (8) 30T cranes and seven (7) 5T cranes in the 42-foot-tall manufacturing area
