  • Orchestrated all elements of project from architecture to civil engineering to floor plans to the timeline and budget
  • Evaluated locations in southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois
  • Analyzed the best municipal incentive packages offered
  • Negotiated the purchase of the land, working with the State of Illinois to help with grant funding for road construction and property tax abatements
  • Worked on annexation agreements
  • Handled sewer and water hook-ups
  • Negotiated terms for a larger than typically allowed 50-foot digital sign on I-90, giving the company exposure to hundreds of thousands of potential customers every day
  • Quickly reworked and managed plans to accommodate a realization that the plan needed to double in size and scope
